Quinn sighed pleasurably. Paul’s moves were exquisite, unsurpassed by any lover she had had before. He was determined, passionate, and powerful–qualities he utilized skillfully both in and out of the bedroom.
She squeezed her eyes shut, her muscles tightening. He buried his head in her shoulder, breath heaving, pace quickening.
“Paul,” she moaned, release imminent.
With one final thrust, he called out, “Madeline,” and collapsed beside her, oblivious to his mistake.
Quinn’s eyes flew open, desire drained from her body. Madeline? She sighed. Paul’s body may have been next to hers, but his heart was miles away.
